The question
How can an 80-school randomised evaluation protect research integrity while responding to the practical realities of programme delivery?
Monitoring, evaluation, and programme coordination that connected a rigorous study design with school onboarding, field operations, programme fidelity, and reliable implementation data.
Context
The trial required close coordination among researchers, programme staff, headteachers, teachers, facilitators, and field data collectors. Credible results depended on consistent delivery, clear treatment conditions, and common data protocols across schools.
