The question
What do school leaders need to know and do to make foundational learning a practical priority in their schools?
Curriculum, competency frameworks, assessments, and video scripts that translated foundational literacy and numeracy evidence into observable leadership practice.
Context
School leaders influence scheduling, teacher support, assessment use, resources, and whether an instructional approach is sustained. They need specialised guidance designed for their role, rather than content adapted from teacher training.
