The question
How can education leaders maintain alignment among curriculum, materials, training, coaching, assessment, and system support as programmes grow?
A practitioner-facing training resource focused on the implementation decisions that determine whether structured pedagogy remains effective at scale.
Context
Evidence that an approach works does not answer every implementation question. Scale can weaken results when programme components fall out of alignment or when expectations do not fit institutional capacity and government systems.
Our contribution
